Save Location
Find your save file from one of the locations below.

Windows
C:\users\%USER%\AppData\LocalLow\OPNeonGames\Card Shop Simulator
Replace %USER% with your Windows username and also C if OS installed on a different drive.

Proton
~/.steam/debian-installation/steamapps/compatdata/3070070/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/LocalLow/OPNeonGames/Card Shop Simulator

There are four potential files to use.
savedGames_Release0.json is the autosave slot (top left slot in game).
savedGames_Release1.json is the game in slot 1 (top right slot in game).
savedGames_Release2.json is the game in slot 2 (bottom left slot in game).
savedGames_Release3.json is the game in slot 3 (bottom right slot in game).
Edit The Name
Open the file in a plain text editor, like notepad.

Use ctrl+F or your app's find menu to look for
m_PlayerName
or the name of your store.

Edit it as you see fit. Make sure it stays within double quotes, and don't use any quotes inside it. I do not know which special characters are supported or what the max length is, so don't try anything too crazy!

Finish & Load
I would recommend taking a backup of your existing savefile before overwriting it, but otherwise save the file with the same name it started with.

Load your game and you should have your new name.

if anything goes wrong, rename that backup file back to revert to how it was before your meddling!

If this does not work for you, an alternative method is to also open the .gd files as Notepad, and follow the same steps to renaming the shop. It WILL work if the name is saved across all 3 (.gd, .gd backup, and .json) files manually.
