NOTE: If adding to a save - if you have existing growth vats, they'll need to be rebuilt before they'll work. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Requires 1 glitterworld medicine to create the DNA template; DNA template is currently re-usable.

This isn't implemented like an embryo. Once you create the sample, with a pawn selected, right-click the growth vat and select "Clone pawn."

This is growth vat-only cloning. It requires the Biotech growth vat. If there are growth vats from other mods, I'll most likely need to patch them.

Mod options:
Clone social relations (default false)

Original mod notes (1.4):

This mod allows you to clone your pawns. A clone receives a set of traits and appearance from its parent.

For cloning, you need to take a sample of DNA from the pawn, and then use the growth vat to place the DNA for growth. You will get a clone with an identical appearance as a [baby]. The traits [and genes] of the parent will be copied.

For some reason I can clone, but the new clone only has a random few genes from the donor. is there a way to make a perfect clone that keeps the Xenotype?

it will be nice if you can set the required items for the clone temp surgery to glitter world medicine + any other medicine so mod medicines can boost the success rate

Kinda sad that the Clones don't have a special relationship with their Donor. Like Clone Brother/sister, and Donor Father/Mother.

Very nice work, although I do have one question: I've been having problems with getting the vats filled with nutrients before cloning, so am I missing a step? (Cheating nutrients in with dev mode works, though, so it's not a huge issue for me.)

Hi, I like that this mod lets me clone pawn traits, but I'm having an issue where growth stages as the pawn develops end up with the pawn having 6 traits. Is there anything I can do to stop that?

Every time I tried to clone, they told me I didn't have Glitterworld drugs, even though I had them in stock.

Is there a restriction on cloning prisoners ? Why can't I clone them, Everytime I tried they told me that I have no glitterworld medicine despite having 50 on my storage. And yes, I checked. I could clone my colony just fine but not prisoners.
