When you get objective "Destroy alien sacred symbols" you can see the secret shining at the bottom part of the left tower behind some breakable boxes

When you get back to outside and climb towers you can see the second secret being a jump away from one of the towers
Super Secret 3
After you fill the rooms with sand and continue to descending sand room turn around for breakable barrels for the last secret

Mushroom Helmet
This is almost visible straight from the spawn but jump up few platforms and then fall down to the pipes to pick it up
Super Secret 1
After using the propeller jumpers and landing to the the platform with the checkpoint climb up the pipes to find a collectible inside the pipes
Super Secret 2 (achievement will say 3 but don't worry)
After you beat the Green Blaster Station check the side door for nice art piece and parkour from it to the collectible thats on top of the door
Super Secret 3
After you climb up and get outside again you can just jump across the gap between buldings to find the last secret hiding behind some pipes

Rambo Helmet
Just turn around in the spawn
Super Secret 1
When you jump down from the spawn theres a small corner on the right side with a crack in the wall where the first secret is inside of a explosive snowman
Super Secret 2
After defeating Ice Blaster Station climb on top of it and climb the left side pipe for the secret
Super Secret 3
In the huge hall with ice barrels when you jump to the first room there's a suspicious looking painting and when pushed it moves so you can enter the secret room with the final collectible

In the small room on the top floor of this building where you can parkour inside once you have dealth with the enemies

Also accessible with rooftop parkour once the enemies are dealth with in the same area

After defeating Frosting Station X-AAC-420-Muhsroom and jumping to the other side go left to little secluded beach where the secret is inside an igloo
Super Secret 3
After the Crystal Web Spider #01-A-69C you go into a corrider and once you are outside where the walls have fire traps jump down where there is a lot of pipes to find the last secret

In the first area after jumping up and you see a door take a detour instead by parkouring up the rocks for the secret
Super Secret 2
After completing garvity task and going back to the tower check the left side for hidden window and for a secret inside
Super Secret 3
For the final secret after climbing all the way up the gravity pillar go from the left and jump on top of the small roof and use one of the spinning platfroms as a elevator for the secret in top of the building

When you see a corridor with giant ball dropping and rolling jump down and turn 180 for small room with the secret

After the monorail sections you will be jumping on top of giant blocks with large in front of you and the secret is inside the left pillar
Super Secret 3
After defeating Necrofungis II and getting top of the room and finding checkpoint turn 180 and destroy this suspicious looking gridded wall for the last secret

After clearing the first area turn around to see shining in one of the towers and climb up the giant crystal to make a jump for it

After climbing the giant tower and destroying the zeppelin take a peek around the edges for a secret platform with a secret

After the purple fan room with explosives you get check point and objective "send all enemies to hell" just back of the building instead of the intended direction for the last secret in a platform

In your room you can find 4 (two from the toilet papers) collectables by interacting with the toilet papers in the toilet stall, washing machine and the big gray wardrobe then the final one is in the shooting range in similar big gray wardrobe
