What to-do First

First of all, you need to finish the beginning cutscene. Then, to all of the stuff normally. Like moving all of the boxes in, turning on the electricity, unlocking the door, and then taking a nap.

Once you've done everything correctly, the paper should look like this

Getting Out-Of Bounds

Now that all of the normal stuff is other with. We can start to do the crazy stuff.

How to get Out of Bounds

First, you need to grab one of the three trash cans on the neighbor's property.
Now, go to one of the corners (the invisible wall behind your house works best for me but any wall could work) and place the trash can right before the wall, this makes it less of a headache to do and is much faster!

Then, go into/on top of the trash can.
Press CTRL and press CTRL again.

Now, the trash can should be glitching out (moving around all crazy).
Spam space until you think your higher then the invisible wall but not too high (basically a storey above the top of the neighbor's house).

If you've done that correctly, then it should look like this

What to do Out-Of Bounds

Well, you can't do much out of bounds but, you can explore the eerily quiet and unpopulated Raven Brooks.

You can also go into the eerie woods and feel like your being watched!
