Halli is another "Demi-Vinao" or "Dao", yet his genesis can not be directly linked to Judom. For instead of being a world-bearing spirit whose tethered to a planet, Halli just so happens to be the one and only avatar of the Traẏi. Thus making it reasonable for those in the know to refer to Halli as the world-bearing spirit of the blue abyss, the living legacy of the extinct Eudanai. The Traẏi, as sessile beings, operates through Halli whenever the need for them to part from their station arises. Such as the time when Ayann called for their help. When Halli is not being "piloted", his soulless body normally can be found upside down in suspension somewhere in a cave. Not any renown cave, mind you, but any average cave that is closest to him when it is time to shut down. Currently, the Traẏi through Halli has learned of the descendants of the Aciusix and the Sheophis. Living on as one does as the Elilim and the Manalim on Earria. They, the watery cluster-conscious birthed from the Eudanai, thought this to be truly unfair. Their kin were not blessed with descendants, thanks to Inian's untimely deeds. So to correct this unfair reality, Halli has been commissioned to awaken a single Julim to the essence of the Eudanai.
