Evacuation Order Fix / Neutralize Vip Objective Fix / Vip Intel Reward Fix

In WOTC in "Neutralize Enemy VIP" mission if you evacuate captured VIP last (no one soldier left or only Sparks left), then the objective "Extract the VIP" will fail and you won't get intel reward.
(VIP should be carried by another soldier)

This mod fixes it.

Game's vanilla code evacuates carried unit after the one, who carried him.
This mod makes code to evacuate carried unit before the one, who carried him.

- Evac All adds new 'evac all' ability which evacs correctly (without this bug), this mod fixes the game's default evac. (they are compatible)
- works even if added mid tactical.

if it fails regardless evacuating order, then this mod won't help.
it helps only in case of evacuation order: evac last - fail, evac not last - success.

You can do it with Interrogation And Recruitment or Extract Corpses WOTC. Come to think of it, I was extracting the General's body when it failed the objective.
