its honestly simple

go to --- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Silent Hill Homecoming\Engine ((or where ever you game is))

than go to Vars_pc and edit it in notes app

than edit FullScreen=true to FullScreen=false

afterwards edit ScreenResHeight=720 ScreenResWidth=1280 to being what you see here aka make it 1280 by 720


just make sure once you load the game to hit the box that maximizes it so that the screen equals out than your game should work perfectly
