Still I found that you mistakenly set the SoloOpRefundsPerTurn wrong. It should be 3 to make Ace be able to attack 4 times. But, you set it to 1 so it acts like marauder perk. Anyway, not much of a problem to ini edit but I should just let you know.
I just subbed to your mod and found out that it has a default mod id name of MyXCOM2Mod. Which is kinda bad as it can cause problem and make it hard to identify the mod. Also, it really cause problem as I have another mod that didn't change the default id(using MyXCOM2Mod as id) and it has mod conflict as they have the same id(duplicate id)
So, I do hope you change the mod id to be more unique.
Also, do you think this will affects Doom Slayer and Duke Nukem mods? As I recalled that someone said it made Doom Slayer, when deploy, make the squad loses aim and Duke Nukem will stuck in stun state when hit with stun attack.
I reckoned that Doom Slayer should not be a problem as the minus aim debuff has been removed. Duke Nukem's case is kinda rare anyway so it shouldn't be a problem. Please let me know your opinion on this issues.
