What seemed to do the trick for me and unlock the achievement for me was starting a new game and playing it out until I reached the witch hut and got the option to either look at the scene or not. I pressed no, not really thinking about it and then got the popup for unlocking the achievement.
Hopefully this works for you too who ever reads this, already had the entire gallery unlocked before but did not get the achievement.
