You will need a grappling hook,bomb,and blimp. These are what you need.

These are the steps to do it.Step 1:get a grappling hook and holster it.Step 2:grab a bomb from the bomb spawners. bomb spawners are red.Step 3:get into any blimp. Step 4:drop the bomb in the back. don't throw it or it'll phase out the blimp.Step 5:quickly grab out your grappling hook and grapple yourself to the front.
