What are the Destiny Bonuses in the different Eras? Do their bonuses actually work? Tier list?

This is a Work in Progress. For now, I'm including all the Middle Age Era Destiny Bonuses, their availability and whether they work. I haven't tested them all so please let me know if you have and what they do and whether they do what they claim to do in their descriptions.
