Make sure you have english as your keyboard language before you start Hello Neighbor alpha 2.

To change the keyboard language you need to go into the settings time and language, when you're in the time and language settings you wanna press add a language and add English US.

If done correctly when you press Fn + Esc when in the game you will open the command console.

If this is not working for you or if you want to know something else ask in the comments and i will answer you.

For those who have the tilde key, you will have to change the keyboard language to english as said above and then press the button to the left of 1 when in the game
