Some of the first-area items are not on display because I already picked them up by the time I started stitching the map.
Thanks to effort by Ace of Arrows, the full-sized maps now have every item mapped out!
(I'll update cropped maps later)
The map has holes in it because I decided that it would be more charming (and wouldn't spoil any potential Super Secrets to me) to stitch it from screenshots instead of data-mining.
I could (and probably will) write a post about how I'm doing this.

You can also find these yourself once you have all of the items!

Some require blowing up walls with Depth Charge (but try shooting the wall/rubbing against it first)

Valve broke something a few months ago so you may now randomly have to right-click and "open link in a new tab" to view full-sized images inside guides.

I wrote a pair of an AHK macro C# program that press Alt-PrtScr, downscale the screenshot to 1x, cut out UI from it, and then alt-tab to a PaintNET window where I would paste it on a new layer, line it up, and merge it down. You can see the UI-shaped holes across the left edge of the map in particular.

This was originally done for myself because I wanted to keep track of what I'm missing without data-mining the map from the game files and spoiling a bunch of things in the processes.

Out of interest, how did you do this? Putting together a full game map is a lot of work.

i highlighted all the upgrades and but the number of each of them in the top left of each of the 3 areas. (you might need to paste the link in discord to use it)

Why are some of the items in the cropped maps replaced with orange question marks items? and it seems like the missiles in the full map is still the orange question mark, that kinda tripped me up when trying to progress

the dropbox links to the full map and secrets don't work. Great guide other than that tho
