Important Information to Know Before Starting Seven Day Survivor
- A Level 50 Frank's health bar lasts 4 in game hours, so 6 full healing items are needed per day (excluding any damage taken).

- The Health books are still in The Sinister Read in Entrance Plaza, Sir Book-a-Lot in Wonderland Plaza, and the unfinished store where you save the 3 Survivors after fighting Cliff. These books will help make your healing items heal Frank a lot more.

- Thankfully, all food locations are the same, so you can still find a lot of food within the mall.

- Just like in the original, Zombies begin spawning in the Security Room around Day 5.

- I seriously recommend getting Zombie Annihilator before trying 7 Day Survivor, as the Real Mega Buster kills enemies easily and from a distance.

- Upon completing the Saint Achievement, you now unlock a book that allows Infinite Ammo/Durability, which is also incredibly useful for 7 Day Survivor.
Survivor/Pyschopath Spawns
- Unlike the original version of Infinity Mode, Survivors and Psychopaths spawns are now randomized at 12 AM, 7 AM, and 5 PM in game. From what I can tell, the spawn locations are mostly the same (Hall Family outside, Jo on rooftop, Isabela in Al Fresca and North Plaza, Otis on rooftop, Cliff in Crislips, Adam in Paradise, Paul in Entrance and Wonderland, Greg in the Security Room, Sean in Wonderland, Larry in the Meat Processing Plant, Jeff in the Food Court, Kindell in the Warehouse, Susan in the Warehouse, and Zombie Jessie on rooftop).

- You can see where an NPC is on the map. It doesn't tell you who it is, but there is a blue and yellow marker.

- From my experience, Brock spawns multiple times on the Helipad and he is very easy to kill from a distance with the Real Mega Buster.
NPC Spawns + Box Drops
- Cultists and Special Forces begin spawning on Day 3 and sometimes drop boxes, but the items vary. I've personally seen Special Forces drop Wine and Well Done Steak, which are both full heals with all 3 Health Books (locations unchanged from the original).

- Much like Overtime Mode, the Special Forces can easily stun you and gun you down, ruining your run. It's possible for them to knock you down and shoot you to death while you're stuck repeating the standing up animation. Before going into any mall with them, save your progress.

- Zombies sometimes drop boxes as well, but they usually just contain weapons. In my experience, I've seen a zombie drop Steven's Weapon Cart

- A great way to deal with the Special Forces it to either Disembowl them or hit the with the Face Crusher. When standing in front or behind one of them, you hit Right Bumper + A (Xbox) or X (Playstation) and it's an instant kill
New Game Mechanics
- You are able to skip time at any bathroom

- You are able to save your progress by selecting 'Suspend Infinity Mode' in the menu. You can continue from where you left off.

- When unlocking the Laser Sword, you can get it immediately without needing to die and start a new save.

I've noticed if zombies drop boxes after killing them when you're at low health there is a much higher chance they'll drop food items. They are usually low health items like Pie or Grapefruit but every little counts. I mainly noticed this whilst farming kills in the Maintenance Tunnels especially when edging my health.

Made it to day 5 (with skip time), stun locked by a couple of soldiers and the day 5 achievement didn't pop.

If you run out of food, you can start slaughtering cultists with the katana, axe or disembowel/face crusher. They may drop cookies, popsicle, cabbage or zucchini.
