Complete the missions the game gives you until they're all done.
Build car dealerships, over and over. Fill every inch of the build-able area with them.
When you run out of money wait for your income to give you enough to build another car dealership.
After a while of doing this every minute will give you more than enough to build an entire dealership, then 2 and then 3.
Once you get up to about 100k in income just let the game run.
It took me abut 2.5 hours total including missions

I made a game out of placing the dealerships. You can place them at the bottom of the ocean, you can build them on the side of the mountains to bring the land up to that level. I actually found this way more fun than the game itself, pretty sure that says more about me than the game.

If you try to play the game legit and do missions it would take hours upon hours.

You can also just build and sell stuff for a profit. You won't own the building anymore tho.
All you have to do is wait for it to be built. The more it costs, the better.

Thanks for the guide and for sharing your personal experience! I can 100% relate to that. I find it funny that the player character can drown to death underwater but falling from height or physical impacts has no health damage at all.
