I have personally found three solutions to this puzzle, this one seems to be the most touch and go puzzle in the game

The game gives a little (unintended) clue if you put the lenses in the right position. They kind of snap to the exact position when you're really close. Above solution wasn't the correct one for me either.

The second lens should be higher, so it angles blue down. The third lens should be higher so it angles both red and green up. The fourth lens then a little bit lower to finish the puzzle.

Nope, doesn't work for me. Unless the placement needs to be pixel perfect and my PC can't operate to the level of precision needed.
