At the beginning of a battle, the game tries to start you with a card that costs one blood. Take advantage of this by only having a single card that costs one blood, and put it through every fire you can make it to. If possible, put the trifurcated strrike sigil (or biifurcated strike + fledgling sigil) on the card.
