The fluid launchers are limited to 1800. A space pipe can handle 10800 per each of its 12x pipelines. That's six times as much. So each launcher is sending 1/6th of what a pipeline can handle. That means it requires the output of 6 platform docks (12 IO ports) together to fill all the 12 pipelines of a space pipe. This makes it load the train loader very fast.
