Back home in CITY THAT HAS NO RELATION TO INKOPOLIS, he resumes his Turf War antics, as well as creating more and weirder potions to give his fellow Squids and Octs the competitive edge.

Comes with personal NZAP '89, Tacticooler can and hairstyle so you can change his ink colour. Comes in Default and Casual flavours.
