this mod is actually really old but i deleted it years ago but reuploaded it

Just checked and the only difference is that this one has Hill Street's time attack variant.

I think someone already uploaded these. Don't recall the name they used but I do know each of these were Tournament exclusive tracks and that Hill Street is still used from time to time.
