Sea Otter - Search and Rescue Ocean Helicopter

Beskrivning

THE SEA OTTER:
-------------------------

Introducing the Sea Otter, a state of the art compact search and rescue sea copter running off of a small and efficient engine.

FEATURES:
-------------------------

Operated by a pilot and engineer the Sea Otter is capable of traversing the seas, skies and land all at a whopping 135mph, up to a range of over 50km.

She boasts a laser guided spotlight and fire-hose operated by the engineer situated rear of the pilot. She comes with all the required equipment for search and rescue operations, and features a functioning GPS, PA system, altitude lock and more.

This Otter isn't afraid to swim either! Thanks to her state of the art active stability system she can sit happy and take off from waters with swell as high as 10 meters!

OPERATION:
-------------------------

The Sea Otter requires two trained professionals to operate. A pilot in charge of navigation, spotting, and the PA system, and an engineer in charge of the radio, camera gimble, a deployable water pump and cannon. All of their responsibilities can be carried out from their respective stations.

To use her fire fighting capabilities, have the engineer lower the pump into the water (the helicopter must not exceed a height of 40 meters during this time) and fire the laser locking hose.

The engineer may use the camera laser to guide the hose and searchlight to the target, even in night time conditions. As a precaution, the pilot should make sure the helicopter faces front toward its target so that the laser locking hose and spotlight have a clear view of the targeting laser.

THANKS:

Thanks goes to the creators of the micro-controllers linked in the craft's requirements.

Thanks also goes out to Karnivool for their: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2444196299&searchtext=Karn which I took inspiration, and sections of the front windscreen from.

Special thanks goes to https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/arelium/ who assisted me in the testing of this craft.

Its a nice craft I shall say. You guys should test it, but be careful getting out of the pilot seat because you may have problems! It's best used as a 2 person aircraft.

Note: The winch is the Depracted Winch due to its more stable design & it transfering on/off signals and electric with no other connections required.
