Step One: Press Shift+Tab to open the Steam Overlay.

(Note: If your steam overlay was disabled to fix the AMD graphics bug, you will be unable to follow this guide)

Step Two: Click on the Controller settings tab.












Step Three: Toggle 'Disable Steam Input'

Step Four: Close the steam overlay and press buttons on your controller - even though it won't respond to your inputs.

(You need to do this for this to work! It will not work if you simply toggle the button on and off without closing the overlay and interacting with the game after you've toggled)

Step Four: Open the Steam Overlay once again and toggle 'Enable Steam Input', and when you close it, the game should now recognise your controller.

I believe this method is the only way to get the game to recognise inputs from your Playstation controller, as Construct 3 (The Game Engine used to create Nocturnals) does not support the Playstation Controller itself.
