Introduction
How to easily win the game. Possible use includes farming achievements quickly, so you can play modded without feeling like you missed out on the single player campaign (achievements). This is also a viable victory strategy for Domination victory type.
Requirements:
Single Player*

Civ: ARC
Crew: Scientists
Ship: Fusion Reactor
Cargo: Pioneering

Any world.
Apollo difficulty or lower.

*This strategy could work on a multiplayer game, but these are the conditions I used to achieve victory.
Method:
Play with only one other Civ, on any map. For achievements Duel is best. Play with Quick turns.
Domination only. Make sure you make Planetfall on the coast. If you don't simply go to the options and click restart game, unfortunately simply clicking restart game disables achievements, you will need to exit to the menu and setup a new game again (Just play Archipelago or Atlantean maps with lots of water). Works with any affinity. Whenever you are asked which station to support, pick one that adds Culture/Production/Science in that order. You only need to make enough Energy to maintain your budget.

Some of these steps may come up in a slightly different order depending on your yields. Just try to follow along as best you can.

I have added a Checklist Style guide due to variations in yields causing turns to be out of sync, just check each thing off the list when you get to that stage and you will achieve victory!

Any time you are granted affinity you may choose any path you like, though I tend to go for 1 point in Purity, and then devote the rest to Harmony.

- Choose Coup D'etat.

========================================================================

It is recommended to quicksave the turn before your agent completes the Coup D'etat, in the event of the operations failure, though some may consider this cheating.

So far, I have been able to win in 89 turns on Apollo with a score of 1296 using this method.
Additional Information
First I would like to thank everyone for their comments.

This strategy is not perfect but with the help of the community we can make it a little better.

The following are thoughts taken from the comment section that I feel contribute to the strategy.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Note from Starlynk about Intrigue:

"To build up Intrigue faster (instead of siphon enegry): send an agent to the enemy city, establish network, then back to hq and send another agent to the enemy city, establish network, back to hq.. rinse and repeat and you get 5 intrigue real fast. Way too easy to get an Apollo Domination Victory this way."

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Note from SpielenMachtFrei about time constraint.

"I'm at turn 138 (Apollo) and intrigue in the enemy city keeps going up an d down between 0 and 1.5. I tried both repeatedly siphoning energy and also switching agents and establishing networks but the intrigue won't go up. They have an agent in the city and he/she appears to be doing a good job."

My response @SpielenMachtFrei

There is a point at which the enemy will become very difficult to overthrow. They can build a building that will lower intrigue. You may need to wear him down by putting a spy in every city.

However, if this strategy doesn't work by around Turn 130, it probably will not result in victory.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Note from cookiecutter about Culper Lodge.

"...awesome guide, easy strategy to implement. I'm hard pressed to come up with something to further optimise it. the run back and do another establish network does wonders.
Possibly, use a hack satelites or something to increase intrique once, so you can get a culper lodge, in case you want some more nasty agents."

...

"...managed to elude me by having a spy agency, as soon as the enemy has one of those, they will stop you from hitting intrique 5 so you won't be able to do a coup d'etat."

My response @cookiecutter.

Thanks for the comments cookiecutter!

A culper lodge would be a good idea if you feel you have some extra turns to spare. Or if the enemy is keeping the intrigue down in their Capital.

Stll works! Thank so much. I used it for the skirmish map achievement. You can do this on land, no need for cruisers/cutters and all that Just hot seat the sceneario and voila'. Coup etat.

Still works. Got it in 85 turns, first try and everything

1st try failed miserably, 2nd try won with a 38% coup =)
Once you're done developping what you need, a good solution for me was going for as much defensive units as I could muster - considering they will always declare war on you before you're ready for a coup, you need them to hold on in the meantime.

Not working. Keep restarting game, each time same result.

Congrats @ghostghosterson322,

It will take more or less than 100 turns depending on luck and resources, as you said.

I wonder just how low you can go?

Nice guide, following this I was able to do it in just 75 turns (my first coup attempt failed). I got lucky with the resource pods my explorer was finding that really boosted my science/culture.

This was amazing. The guide really helped, the only problem was that the other civ (Polystralia) landed next to me. They quickly declared war. I just have to say thank god for the siege worm that fought off their forces near my border long enough for the coup.

@drizzth

You bring up some excellent points, and it is not necessary to follow the guide exactly. Some of the things were thrown in there simply because I was documenting my own playthrough. Hope this helps!
