edit: it was literally only the first one that got bugged and I got to make the final lvl rushing to ghet the achievemnt jajjaa

I made this guide a very long time ago so I don't remember much. I remember never having any issues with any of the secrets registering. It could be that you saving and loading caused previously found secrets in the level to not count. As for if there is away to check which secrets you have acquired I don't think there is. If you want to save some time when going through the levels again you could use some cheats to make things go faster. That's the best that I can help you with my dude.
