Three new types of surgeries, a quick and mostly painless Transorbital Lobotomy, a harder but more yielding Ethanol Lobotomy and to fix any lobotomy mishaps the Cerebral Regeneration Surgery.

Three new items, Orbitoclast, Surgical Hammer, and brand new CRC!

35 Different Lobotomy Outcomes!






Misplaced Orbitoclasts can be removed using Skin Retractors.
Multiple consecutive lobotomies may result in death.
Do NOT treat healthy individuals with CRC.

Lobotomies may result in highly unfavourable outcomes, participant discretion advised.


Requires Server Side Lua.

Load order doesn't matter.
Should be compatible with anything, please report if you find any incompatibilities.

Safe to add to an ongoing save.

Better Health UI highly recommended.
