Are you having the problem where you can't get past Mort's or any characters dialogue after they are done talking to you as the game just freezes them and acts like it forgot you were there? Find no more here is the fix that worked for me!

So for me the fix was simple, what I ended up having to do was add a frame cap to the game so simply just change the frame cap on the game to 60 fps rather then having it uncapped. My control panel was nvidia control panel so go to your devices according control panel and from there you can add the game in if you don't happen to find it on programs already on your control panel programs and adjust said frame caps.I'm not sure if the background one will apply as well but if you are still having problems after the 60 fps you can try to do the background loading screen frame cap as well and If you do the background one set it to 30fps. I was struggling for a while trying to find a fix and their was none for this specific issue and this ended up to being the solution to the problem I found. Hope this helps some of you!
