Core Culture Expiration Extension

(Formerly paired with the Development mod).

It just feels like cores just expire too fast especially for nations you might not even reach for more than two centuries. This mod is designed to allow nations under the same culture group as another to survive longer before expiring.

- Core expiration time for culture groups 150 to 300 years (1594 to 1744).
- Basic Core expiration time for non-culture groups from 50 to 60 years (1494 to 1504)

This is also beneficial to players who desire to unite the HRE vassals under specific cores, still want core vassal expansion options, or feel nations who had a large cultural impact should not expire that fast.

NOTE: While Byzantium Cores take longer to expire in this mod, they will still vanish via the Greece event.
