Let me start by saying I have covered MOST of the money making methods in this game. I will not be covering:

  • Gambling
  • and Multiplayer Races

I won't be covering gambling primarily because it requires a hefty sum of money to begin, and luck to even win big, so I don't consider it a reliable way of earning money. I will not be covering how to cheese real estate income because there is already a guide for that. Thirdly, I will not be covering multiplayer races mainly because I have no friends who have the game so I can't test that either. And lastly, this is my first guide, so do let me know where and how I can improve it in anyway, or let me know of any errors so I may fix them in a timely manner.

So, with that out of the way, let's begin making fat stacks.
Guide Version History
Version 0.1 @September 4- Guide started
Version 1.0 @October 22- Guide released
Version 1.1 @October 26- Updated the guide for the new content
-made changes to the Real Estate sections and in the the Real Estate subsections of the Tier List to reflect the added DLC.
-added a column in the Taxi results picture to add clarity that I did 30 runs.
Time Challenges
Where To Find Them

Dream City
The Dream City Time Challenge can be found in the northwestern corner of the city, north of the casino.

Typical lap times will be 0:50-1:20 depending on your level of skill and car performance.

Coast
Drive through the tunnel at Dream City to get to Coast. The Time Challenge is on the left shoulder of the road from where you spawn,

The route goes from one end of Coast to the other. Just follow the road to the end. Typical times here are around 1:50-2:19.

Route 69
Drive to the end of Coast to get to Route 69 (nice!). The Time Challenge is on the right shoulder of the highway.

Typical times for this challenge are 1:30-2:10.

Lazer City
Follow the highway of Route 69 and take the fork left (right doesn't go anywhere) to arrive at Lazer City. The Time Challenge is in the leftmost lane.

Typical times here are 1:05-1:30.

Methodology
At the start of each testing period, I would fill my gas tank to full. Then, I simply ran each race as intended, recording my cash amount before and after the race, and subtracted the two amounts to get the money earned from the race, and all the while keeping track of gas expenses in between each test when needed. I did each race a total of 30 times, tallying my expenses first, total earnings second, gross third, averages fourth, and the range last.

Pizza Deliveries
Where To Start
To begin delivering pizzas, you need to travel to the Delisiozo pizzeria. It is located in the north side of Dream City, near the drug store The Vice Drag. You will always start deliveries here.

Methodology
To begin, I will fill my car's gas tank to full prior to the first delivery, and keeping track of gas expenses in between orders as needed. Then prior to each delivery, I will record all the information, and attempt to make the delivery. I conducted a total of 50 deliveries with a success rate of 100%.

Taxi
How To Get Started
Located around Dream City, NPCs will request a Taxi to take them to a random location. Look for the Taxi icon on the map, or look for a NPC flagging a taxi with a yellow circle in front of them (stop within this circle to begin the Taxi).

Methodology
I will fill my gas tank prior to the first Taxi, while keeping track of funds before and after completing each run. By the end, I will have completed 30 Taxi runs while also keeping track of any and all failed runs.

Results

Earnings: $3270
Average Earnings: $109
Success Rate: 90.91% @ $99.09 per success
Range: $64-$126
Rescue
How To Get Started
Before you can do any lifeguard work, you first need to travel to the lifeguard station located on the northeastern side of Dream City on the beach (look for the icon shown). Just talk to this goofey goober nice lifeguard to get your gear.

Once you got your gear, you'll notice a life preserver icon on the map with a blinking red circle. This is a swimmer needing a rescue, and as you approach their location, you'll also see a bubble with the same icon to indicate their location.

To preform a rescue, just swim up to them, hold E, and swim back to shore. Once ashore, you will be thanked by the swimmer and receive your payment.

Methodology
I simply filled my gas tank and ran 31 rescues (ignoring the fact one bugged out on me and didn't give me my money).

Results

Earnings: $3329
Average: $111
Range: $90-$127
Real Estate
How to get started
To get started with Real Estate, head on over to the Ocean City Real Estate office building located on the eastern side of Dream City. You'll find it near the Casino and the RewindApp building.

Once you are inside, look for this computer, and you needn't look too hard as it has a green circle in front of it (and God help you if you still can't find it). This is where all of your property buying will take place.

Now once you've purchased your first property, you come over to this spot next to the printer to collect your daily rent. Don't stress too hard about when you collect your rent as the reset happens everyday at midnight. Simple.

The Properties
There are a total of 19 properties, 21 if you have the XXX DLC, you can purchase, and each will provide you a set amount of money once everyday.

Most properties can be purchased right away once you have the necessary funds, except for the Vice Automotive, which requires you own every vehicle in the game (one requires you find all 30 VHS tapes, for which there is a guide already for, and the rest require an obscene amount of capital, which this guide will help you acquire efficiently), and Delisiozo Pizza, which requires you complete 100 pizza orders (it's not hard, but plan on setting aside a couple of hours for this).

The XXX DLC adds two properties that you can purchase, the Night Club and the Adult Store (please forgive my choice of wording). The Night Club requires that you spend $5000 at the establishment there first before you can buy it, and the Adult Store may be purchased as soon as you have the funds.

To Cheese or Not To Cheese
For those who aren't as patient as the I am, it is possible to cheese the Real Estate by fiddling with your computer's calendar. I will not show you how to do it (there is a guide already should you want to know how to do so), nor will I tell if you should. Should you make that decision, do so at your own risk as it may ruin your experience (if you care about it).
Job Tier List
F Tier
Only villains do this

Buying the 50k DLC
Real chads buy this DLC after they already bought everything in game.

D Tier
These jobs don't offer much reward for the effort needed.

Route 69 Time Challenge
Cash per hour: ~$
Arguably faster than Coast, but arguably more expensive in gas. Either way, only do this job if you care about leaderboard status.

Coast Time Challenge
Cash per hour: ~$
The longest time challenge to complete, with no easy way back to the start. It took me about 4 hours to complete 30 runs. I would advise you only do this if you care about leaderboard status.

C Tier
Not terrible, not great.

Lazer City Time Challenge
Cash per hour: ~$
While this time challenge takes the least amount of effort to complete, you still got to drive back to the start to do it again.

B Tier
Worth your time.

Dream City Time Challenge
Cash per hour: ~$2747
The only time challenge that's worth grinding, though personally I think it makes a better vehicle performance benchmark.

Multiplayer Races
Cash per run: ~$129
Potentially more earnings per hour than the Time Challenges, but not so much so that you need to go out of your way to do these.

Real Estate (No Cheese)
Cash per hour: up to $546.54166666 no DLC
Cash per hout: up to $671.54166666 with DLC
Before you say anything, YES Real Estate has the highest earning potential. It does, however, require a significant investment to get to that point. but it is worth the investment. All you gotta do is boot up the game once a day to collect your earnings. Easy.

A Tier
Solid paying activities.

Rescues
Cash per hour: ~$3462
Quite simply, the easiest money you can earn with minimal effort.

Pizza Delivery
Cash per hour: ~$4424 (deductions from expenses already included)
Arguably easier money than doing Taxi runs, so long as you don't mind sitting through two loading screens (or download your game onto a SSD and drop the graphics to potato settings).

S Tier
Prioritize these jobs.

Taxi
Cash per hour: ~$5358 (deductions from expenses already included)
So long as you don't get a bad destination, this is a great way to earn a lot of cash in a short amount of time.

Real Estate (Cheesed)
Cash per hour: ~$13117+ no DLC
Cash per hout: ~$16117+ with DLC
By fiddling with your computer's calendar settings, you can easily earn fat stacks, though it is arguably cheating. Do this at your own risk.
