If you ddint manage the open the website somehow u can use this link : https://jazzybee.itch.io/sdvcharactercreator or Try to google this sentence "How to create your own portraits for Stardew Valley?" Then all you gotta do is press that big ass button says Run game

Just press run the game button then u can click shape hair anything you want its so easy to do.
