Wipe your self off and begin your first lesson nothing is handed to you.
Start off by looking though the big green dumpsters around the gas station and other areas
here you will find some junk (one mans junk is another mans treasure)

Your gonna then take your junk you collected and sell it at the pawn shop located at the North Central Block talk to the clerk to sell
After you get about 500$-1000$ your gonna want to go and talk to these two fellows
Both Are Found in the North UV Complex area
The Gentleman in black sells the

The Couch Gentleman sells
450$ South Urban Vista Shop Key
250$ Urban Vista Apartment Key

Your Only gonna want to buy

Then head to this Door

(keep in Mind i use images from my game so it will look different then yours)
First thing is your Storage Terminal this is where you can store items for use later as well as open up space in your small inventory

Next is the door to the farm your first four plots will be cheap you will also need to buy water bottles and fill them up from the hose next to the farm
Put your seed into the plot with water and use your hoe to harvest when they look fully grown
Hose
Water Bottle = 1%
Jug = 12%
Large container = no clue i assume 100%
The grinders turn 10x weed leaf into 1x baggies they sell for 25$ a bag
Boilers turn your 1x weed baggies into 1x vials which sell for 60$
Then to sell your product you can talk to some people around the city

When your ready for your first gun go to the construction site
Press F on the man in the hard hat
Pick up your gun and bullets will spawn on the ground around the barriers
The Dummies with gear are your crafting stations where you can make gear to increase damage and defense
Next just run around and kill the bums in the area they will drop resources for you to upgrade your gun and gear different level of bums will drop higher tier resources but will increase there health dramatically

Head over to this hidden alley Next to Bastion Block
Grab the two keys here
/\ Here is also where you buy pills and upgrade items for your mobile meth lab
head over to the mini garage and place your camper van key on the key ring
Press F on your camper van and click Drive now you have your first car and meth lab the door is on the passenger side

The community is large and very helpful so its recommended you join if you have questions

The VIP DLC is good i think its well worth the 9.99$ if you enjoy the game and want to support NIK (the creator) it adds a few things that you may not notice
Auto Crafter
-Allows you to auto craft without being at a crafting station useful for grinding large amount of items faster
Remote Storage
-The remote is gotten from the shipping yard once you have the key it allows you to access all your storage boxes from anywhere
Personal Vehicle spawn
-Spawns your last used car at the gas station prob the weakest item on the list
Mine Teleport
-Allows you to teleport from the beach at Urban Vista to the granite mines
