[PM] Bavarian Police 1973-2016

Alright another new experiment from me, this is my first actual attempt at making my own Playermodels.


This pack includes:

This one was done more as a little bonus, includes both modern and old styles. Rigging is pretty bad, it's just meant for RP

So I originally intended to just commission this but couldn't find anyone interested. So I tried to at least recolor the shirts and see how that'd look. And then I started adding the badges and modifying the hats. Well, one thing lead to another and I fully made this pack. Now, it is quite bad in places but I'd like to think for a first attempt at... anything really, this is pretty presentable. Especially since I just learned to weightpaint (which is VERY noticeable) and add rigs and whatever. BUT it works, mostly, nothing is horrendously broken, except the Pilot, which isn't really part of this addon but I decided to throw it in here because why not.
The female riot model was a fairly quick job of what I'm pretty sure is a work in progress model at the time from Kerry themselves, so it has a couple of very wonky spots.
Finding sources for some of these parts was surprisingly difficult, the leather jacket alone took several people and multiple days to find a model that technically works.
Now, keep in mind, these are mostly for RP, not really to look overly pretty so there's plenty of odd spots here and there.


the screenshots were done when only male_02 was finished, all the male variants from the original pack are avialable now!

Known issues:
weight painting is very off, don't ask me about it, I did my best
ranks are the wrong color, been meaning to fix this for a while but didn't get around to it
the pilot is completely broken, again, wasn't originally meant to be a part of this but I figured why not
the riot vest is totally off, not much I can do about that tbh, it was the best model I could find
The ponytail of the female model clips through the helmet, I have an alternative mesh for that but I'm unable to set the head as a bodygroup

I was originally planning for at least another variant but my PC shat the bed so now there's not much I can do.

Credits:

KERRY: this is basically a heavily modified version of their Russian Police addon so most of the work that kickstarted it was theirs
Maku: for the vest and beret
ムyce: the suit jacket from their Suits and Robbers pack
Marves Spiderman PC: the leather jacket is basically just a retexture from their Police jacket. I think I did a decent job editing out the boobs.
Alekhines Gun: The hats are edits of the Military Police hats from that game
