Do you also think it's an absolutely stupid decision that Ubisoft includes cheats and you can unlock them with fragments, but then you can't save your game? Well, I think I've found a way that works...

Arrr, Captain! So ye be wantin’ to use them hard-earned cheats ye’ve sweated for, collectin’ countless fragments, aye? But lo and behold, in Ubisoft’s infinite wisdom, they’ve decided to disable savin' the game when ye activate 'em, even if it’s just for a wee bit o’ fun? What scurvy dogs!

But fear not, matey, for I’ve unearthed a solution from the depths!

Just fire up them cheats ye fancy, and sail on! When yer ready to weigh anchor and call it a day, just head to the “Quit” option (found in the ESC menu) and select “Leave Animus.” That’s when the game’ll be savin' yer progress, arrr!

Heya, no thats just lyrical speech, sorry, from what I've tried you can even be on sea and leave the animus. For me it did saved even then. The important step is to leave the animus. ^^

Interesting idea. Because sure, let’s add in-built cheats, but disable progress with them activated. And I can understand this stand with godmode option, etc., but not cosmetics and difficulty increasing cheats.
And seriously, first mate! Way to write an unclear guide.

Do I have to actually sail Morrigan, then, while anchoring at some harbor, at exactly this moment I have to leave Animus or that all is a figure of speech and all I have to do to exit Animus for this loophole to possibly work?
