Hunter Rot Removal

Beskrivning
Removes Hunter's rot entirely, giving him a normal cycle counter and preventing him from getting sick or dying over time. Does not affect any modded scugs that use Hunter's rot mechanic.

I am gonna try to do a random slugcat playthrough, and i want to do hunters (for spawns), but i FUCKING HATE THE TIMER. so thank you so much for this!!!

more than fair- for now I've removed hunter rot, to see if that stabilizes things. I would reccomend Hunter Expansion tho!
