Open your profile 
Edit the values 
Comments
Open your profile
Make sure your game is closed.

First navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Enforcer\Enforcer_Data\DATA_Saves
Choose your profile (PROFILE0.XML,PROFILE1.XML,PROFILE2.XML)
Next open your profile in Notepad++[notepad-plus-plus.org] or Notepad.
Edit the values
When you open it up you should see something like this:

<_level>levelnumber</_level> <_score>Somenumber</_score> <_money>Somenumber2</_money>
Change the number between
<_level> </_level>
to the level you wish to be. 15 is Chief of Police. .

Change the number between
<_score> </_score>
to 95000.

Change the number between
<_money> </_money>
to 1000000.

Leave your level and all other values the same. Save the file and then relaunch the game.

To find said files go to (C:\Users\(YOUR PROFILE NAME)\OdinGameStudios

In this file you can find the stuff you need to change.

The DATA_Saves folder is now in C:\Users\*pcname*\AppData\LocalLow\OdinGameStudio\Enforcer\DATA_Saves
