Citizen Finger Animation Fix

I went through hopefully almost all of the animations that had missing poses for the ring and pinky fingers which includes:

• Weapon related animations (shooting, aiming, reloading.)
  
• Gestures for choreo scenes (pointing, closing their hands, doing a thumbs up, etc)
  
• Scripted sequence animations (pushing buttons, poor Laszlo scene, etc)

This also covers the episodes aswell so should work without a fault, should be compatible with mods as long as they don't add/change anything with the animation files.


If anything is broken or I missed any animations, do alert me. I wouldn't be surprised if a few of them fell below the cracks.
