Go to your file browser of choice and go to the following address;

C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\SlenderTheArrival\Saved\Config\Windows

and then find the file labelled

GameUserSettings.ini

and double click and your computer SHOULD open the file as a text document.

Now, use CTRL+F and type HotDog

OR scroll all the way down to the bottom and locate the line that has the following phrase;

bHotDogMode

and then after the = type True to enable HotDogMode, or False to disable.

Enabled would look like
bHotDogMode=True

and disabled would look like
bHotDogMode=False
