How to stop freaking out from yamato's forehead

This guide was made to fight your insecurities and help you find inner peace with this HUGE forehead.

Methods in this guide are divided on 3 parts from least to most extreme. Method 4 is really dangerous and may cause: severe anxiety, head pain, vomiting, dizziness, disorientation, social deprivation and increase in forehead size so do it at your own risk.

Method 1

First of all, try to approach your fears slowly. No need to rush. Play the game, try to look at Yamato sometimes.

There is another good exercise. If you feel brave, you can try to play as Yamato in the sandbox, but do not force yourself, 5 minutes a day is more than enough.

Method 2

Next step is to realise that it's not that bad.

To help you with that, I suggest this exercise: Look at this image for 30 minutes every day right after awakening.

Do NOT under any circumstances look at the image of Yamato with a small forehead. Not only will it destroy all the progress you have made so far, but it will also make further development much more difficult.

Last resort

DO NOT use this method if you unaware or afraid of consequences

As a last resort you can try to main this hero. Play only Yamato, learn all the techniques and secrets of this character, learn all the builds and make your own, hang her picture on the wall, make Yamato's figurine.

I warn you one more time: The longer your exposure to this character, the bigger your forehead will grow, be extremely careful with this method and use it only as a LAST RESORT.

Guys I may know the fourth and final method
It may be terrifying but if nothing worked for you EVEN the last resort then this is for you
You should use the 34th rule of internet and start looking for her there every day and night
Start fantasizing about her in that 34th rule
Fantasize making new 10 foot foreheaded children with her and make the 10 feeters yeeted into the toilet
If you keep at it every night you may actually succeed 👍🏻
