are you saying about left-up side? it says делк, spells delk. there is no such word in russian language

I tried running it through google translate of various eastern europe languages and it all kinda just comes up with Delk.

I think it may be jiggerish... But I can very possibly be wrong.

its problaby Bulgaria since i heard talk, i know very well lore of half-life 1 and 2

But of course is any East Europe like Bulgaria for exemple if you know or searched the story of half-life 2 after events of 1, since city 17 is in Europe

Already North America and South America got destroyed by combine anyway.
