Amalgamation: Observer Specialization(Primary)


This mod adds a new Amalgamation primary spec called Observer which can utilize a sniper or vektor rifle. This spec and most of the abilities derive from the Lucubrations Sniper Class Wotc which was used to make the [WotC] Observer Class mod.
