Like many others, I had trouble obtaining the "Libretrotarian" achievement, but I managed to get it after making a few adjustments. While not all of these steps may be strictly necessary, this is what worked for me:

1. Downloaded the game in legacy version. Go to Anarchy Arcade in your Steam library -> Properties -> Betas -> Select "legacy - 2016".

2. Create a text document in the "Downloads" folder and change the file extension to .mp4.

3. In the game, go to Settings -> Embedded -> Libreto -> In “General”, enable both options -> Go to "Cores" -> Click on "ffmpeg_libetro.dll" -> Remove any existing folders and add two new ones: one with the "File Extensions:" section set to "mp4" and the other to ".mp4".


4. Press the scroll wheel on your mouse -> Select "Add File Shortcut" -> Choose the .mp4 file you created -> Select "Big Screen Wallmount".

5. Left-click twice on the screen you created. If everything is correct, a pink checkered screen will appear, and the option "run using libreto" should be available in the bottom-left corner (you may need to click "Run" to activate this screen).


6. Now, simply click about 5 times with the left mouse button on the screen, press "Esc" 3 times (to exit, pause, and return), and repeat this process 100 times. You can check if the achievement counter is increasing on the game's Achievements board whenever you pause.

Hey, for some reason my game crashes when I click on the screen at part 5.
