The Weapons
Sentinal 9mm - A low damage, high ROF pistol, great for players who can land mutiple shots in a row. Additionally the high accuracy and low recoil means that many shots can be easily squeezed out in a short time. The low loadout weight also means it can serve as a backup to a more hard hitting weapon.

Akimbo Sentinals - Akimbo Sents dont have much going for them, but its double magizine size can help out in a prolonged firefight. However, a fair bit of accuracy is sacrificed when weilding akimbo.

Stallion .45 - The hard hitting cousin of the Sentinal, the Stallion can kill in fewer shots, however the low mag capacity greatly punishes missed shots.

Akimbo Stallions - While the extra magizine capacity is a welcome addition to the Stallion, the accuracy and recoil gain is less then workable.

Undertaker SMG - High ROF, low recol, decent accuracy. The major downfall of the Undertaker is its low damage, requiring almost half of a clip in order to make a kill. Works great in slomo, allowing you to dump high ammounts of damage into a player in a short time

Mac Daddy - Speaking of dumping high ammounts of damage, the Mac Daddy is one of the highest DPS weapons in the game. However, accuracy is quite low, and the recoil will see you attacking the ceiling quite quickly.

Vindicator - The Vindicator is very high damage, but has a slow fire rate, compared to other weapons. Additionally the recoil is insane if you hip fire, make sure to aim in before shooting!

Black Magic - As close as you are going to get to a sniper in DA. High accuracy, medium damage, locked to single shot. As with the Vindicator, make sure to aim in!
The Skills
Marksman - Increased accuracy and reload speed, as well as decreased recoil. With a full style meter, the previous bonuses are buffed greatly.

Bouncer - Increased brawl damage and speed, and an increased movement speed, though not as much as Athletic. Full style meter gives increased bonuses once again.

Reflexes - On spawn, you gain 1 second on slow motion. When you fill your style meter, you gain 3 seconds of super slomo.

Athletic - Increased movement speed, dive speed, slide length, and you can do 2 wallflips before touching the ground. Full style meter gives increased bonuses, who would have thought? XD

Nitro - Allows 1 extra grenade to be carried into battle. Each filled style meter awards an additional nade.
Putting it together
When thinking of what skill to bring, you have 2 options, you can make the gun better at what it is already great at, or buff up one of its weaker areas.

Examples:

Mac Daddy+ Marksman: The Mac Daddy is one of the highest DPS guns, but what use is that damage if you can never hit? With Marksman enabled however, You can fire just as straight as all those guys with the Undertaker, and out DPS them as well!

Mac Daddy+Athletic: Why bother increasing the accuracy, if you just can make is so you never have to fire long range? Use your extra speed to close the gap with other players, then blow their faces off!

Persuader+Brawler: You're already in close for good shotgunning, why not go for a slap in the face while your at it? Weaken your opponents as you close in, then knock their lights out!

Undertaker+Reflexes: The Undertaker is fairly low damage, if only there was some way I could make everyone slower.... Gain style points to get your slomo, then use that slomo to get more style points to get more slomo to get more style points...

Persuader+Akimbo Sentinals+Marksman: Have you ever thought: "Man, I really hate all these Vindicators hanging out so far away, but my shotgun cant show my distaste at this range!" Well this build might be for you. Marksman tightens up the spread of the Persuader, so no need to trouble youself with such petty things as aiming in. One good blast to center mass with the Persuader will leave an opponent weakened, and if you happen to hit a good deal of grey matter with that, you might just bag a one shot. Use the Sentinels to finish off a wounded opponent, or to harrass those pesky Vindicators while you move in for the kill. Dont forget about the quick switch key! (Q is the default iirc, could someone confirm?)

More to come! For now, go think for yourself! You aint gonna beat everyone doing the same thing as everyone!
