Steyr 91 3 axle variants

Modification adds diffrent 3 axle variants of Austrian Steyr truck, created on the basis of the default 2 axle garbage truck model.

-tanker - carrying capacity - 12,2 tonnes
-covered hull - carrying capacity - 12,2 tonnes, 17,2 tonnes with trailer
-open hull - carrying capacity - 12,2 tonnes , 17,2 tonnes with trailer
-dump truck - carrying capacity - 12,2 tonnes , 20 tonnes with trailer
-fire truck
-refrigerator - carrying capacity - 7 tonnes
-semi tractor - cement silo, refrigerator, tanker, covered hull, open hull - carrying capacity 20 tonnes (except cement silo 17,5 tonnes)

Each variant has a couple of skins
