Enable it
1. Launch the application.
2. Right-click the icon in your system tray (might have to click the arrow to show hidden icons).
3. Click "Enable Dark Mode"
4. Click yes when prompted to restart the application to allow the switch to it.

Why is this just not an option under "Options" That would make sense

The option just doesn't exist, even when owning the DLC
