A Garry's Mod playermodel and NPC adaptation of Chiitan, Japan's Crazy Mascot. The representative of the city of Susaki that records videos for social media.

Includes:

- Playermodel / PM version, with c_hands
- NPC version, with friendly and hostile versions
- Ragdolls for posing or just messing around with it
