Designed as a response to US use of helicopters in the early days of the Vietnam War, the Kowos AA was an unguided anti air rocket launcher meant to be a cheap alternative to more complex and expensive anti air systems. After promising testing of the prototypes made for the program, it'd eventually be cancelled, never to be mass produced for the Soviet and North Vietnamese armies.
This mod was developed years ago, but as the Cold War collection was far from coming out, i decided to wait until it was released instead. Sadly that small wait eventually became 3 years, but at least it's finally out.
