15° Chase Cameras - Stiffer & instant Reverse Cam

This mod changes the camera angles for the 3 modi from 5°, 4.25° and 5° to always 15° to allow you to see what's infront. In addition the offsets got reduced from -1, 1 to -0.25, 0.25 respectively.

This is a global change for all cars and the other camera modi remained untouched as I do not use those.

Camera reacts to car turning way quicker, so you see your car less from the side during turning.

Auto Lookback Cam is now instant on the chase cams.
