Mulched Mint

Adds the Mulched Palette for Highwayman, and the Mint Palette for Plague Doctor.

Two different palettes with very different styles, I created these in order to figure
out the best method to actually create palettes.
I was also interested to see which palette style people would be more resonate with.

If you end up posting some screenshots using these Palettes, consider sending me a link to it!
I would like some "action shots" of the Palettes.
