Most of those you will find naturally. Most problems with scans stem from the time when you get the scanner. Almost all scans I had missed were bosses that I have killed before I got the scanner.

Putting synapses in the nerve centers will reveal and mark all boss locations on your map alongside all important collectibles. Some chests are not marked. This will make finding things a lot easier.

First scan on the list is you but to get it you will have to go left after the "drama". It's in the spine on the left side top level. WBC cells are standing over it.


Speaking of the spine, "the ship" looking scan is also in the spine. Bottom level on the left.

To get feepup in the sphere you have to scan a broken sphere in the big room with some NPCs nearby.

The "silver worm" scan from the green section is the nerve strand you need for the bladder urine control. If you missed it you can scan the station next to the NPC in the bladder. The sleeping guy is leaning on it.

First red scan on the list is the NPC from the colon so technically not an enemy even though he has red background.

The hawk boss and his owls are lying in the heart under a train section.


The worm boss and it's heart can be found here if you forgot to scan any of them.


First scan, second row on the second page are some "red eyeballs". Those can be found before the lower bladder boss. Scan them near the save point to keep it simple.
