I much more prefer assets without any additional landscaping around, it gives needed flexibility. Great asset!

@al1 Thanks for the feedback! I totally understand the preference for detailed assets. I'll definitely consider adding more elements like curbs, plants, and parking lots in future projects. For now, I aim to keep some flexibility so people can customize them based on their needs, but I appreciate your input and will see how I can improve!

i think you have more subscribers if you detail every your assets with curbs, plant, parking lots, and so on, since it takes too long to detail it myself, I myself am happy when I see ready-made assets with details.

@al1 Hello, I apologize for that. However, it was intentional to allow players to customize the building to their liking. This design is actually meant for detailers who use a lot of mods while playing Cities: Skylines.
