This guy is playing OW since 2016 and got banned for nothing. He even plays not great at all

I don't know what this will lead to, but I will keep something like a report on the problem. I think from the very beginning I need to show the general picture of the situation. The story with Overwatch and this account began back in 2016, everything was cool, new experiences, new friends, moments I want to return to and all that. Then the Nintendo Switch support was announced, then the pre-order option and there was no more money on my card, of course I linked the same account, so you can count it as having bought the game twice. Over the years, there has been a large number of skins and other stuff that are so sweet to the heart, even a pre-order skin for the Widow. I didn't look for access codes on ebay for a lot of money. The rest of the story is the same as with all players, where the money spent on the original game disappears with the release of the part two. The promises are not realized, but let's not talk about the bad stuff, it will come later.

The most important thing is that the gameplay hasn't changed (almost) and it's still a cool game! The ranked games were interesting, I even reached the Platinum rank on the Tank and Support classes. Unfortunately, the Attackers remained on gold. It's also cool that the game is supported by new content, no matter what quality, but it is supported! New players are coming and online is growing! Now about the situation and what I've managed to do so far. Today, 11.08 at the 13:31, as if it were a wonderful day off, I go to spend a couple of hours in the company of a friend in the game. After 2 lost games in competition mode, we have an idea - I need to try to learn how to play on some tank against Zarya, mirror peak is good, but I need to be better! We go into a quick game together, try the game on Reinhardt, everything goes pretty well, we push the robot and then, at this moment, game life is divided into Before and After.

I click to try again, but the error does not disappear, just in case, before restarting the game, I see this terrible and disgusting message "Sorry, we were unable to log you in. Of course, I had a feeling of shock and a slight smile of frustration, because I had just been playing on my account, as I had for 8 years in a row, and now they were taking it away just because they didn't like something. Let's move on to what I received in the mail, this time it's definitely not a greeting from my grandparents. This is support and it is already here, or rather their letter. A message about the blocking. With the words that everything has been decided, I have to be patient with something, I don't know what exactly, but I have to.

Damn it, they won't even hear my crying. What exactly was written in the message is a text that I recently used some software for the purpose of hacking, which is not specified, possibly a game engine to gain an advantage. It goes on to say that I, as the owner, must take full responsibility for the actions I do. I don't know if you can believe it or not, because I'm just a random dude from the Internet, but who in their right mind would turn on cheats in a quick game on the main account, which I see more often than with my parents. I immediately realized that this was some kind of mistake and started writing to support to find out what happened, why I got blocked and what exactly caused it. Of course, the support didn't help and started a long story with a link to the user agreement and saying that I had violated this thing that I accept every time I enter the game.

My soul is clean, believe me, so I didn't stop at the first closed appeal and started to delve into the root of the problem, I started to write down what exactly I had on my PC and what could have caused it. Now, at the moment, I have a feeling that it was due to the SteelSeries GG update. It's hard to say why this particular program, just a feeling. It's software that connects wireless headphones and creates virtual sound devices that can be controlled through this program and directly mechanically on the device. Once again, I'm not sure about this, I also described all the other software that was enabled: - Wallpeper Engine - Game launchers - Little Big Mouse (for those who have a difference in the diagonal of their monitors and the computer mouse jumps) - Nvidia Control panel and Experience - Pentablet ...many other things, but only those that have been on our PC for years.

Even Nahimic Companion (who had problems with audio drivers on the motherboard may be familiar with this unwanted "bonus"), - and programs for work such as Blender, PureRef. After such a long message of about 5,000 words, I received almost the same answer, but now with the clarification that they would definitely not tell me anything, because everything was written in the first letter (which did not contain anything constructive). The plan of action is quite simple: bother them as much as possible and try to ask them to reconsider their decision so that they realize it was a mistake.
